Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between MyEduOne Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("MyEduOne", "we", "our", or "us") and the school, institution, or individual ("you" or "Customer") accessing or using the MyEduOne platform.

By creating an account, signing a subscription agreement, or using the platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to:

•School administrators managing the account

•Teachers and staff added to the platform

•Parents and guardians accessing the parent portal or app

•Any representative acting on behalf of an institution

MyEduOne provides a cloud-based School ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform that includes but is not limited to:

• Admissions Management — Digital application forms and enrollment workflows

• Fee Management — Online fee collection, receipt generation, and financial reporting

• Attendance Management — Daily and period-wise attendance tracking for students and staff

• Timetable & Scheduling — Academic timetable creation and management

• Parent Communication — WhatsApp and SMS alerts, circular distribution

• Bus Tracking — GPS-based school transport monitoring

• Reports & Analytics — Academic and operational reporting dashboards

• Parent App — Mobile application for real-time school updates

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice provided for significant changes.

Account Creation

•You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.

•The school administrator is responsible for managing all sub-accounts (teachers, parents, students) created under the school's account.

•You must be at least 18 years of age or be an authorized representative of an institution to create an account.

Account Security

•You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

•You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

•We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to safeguard credentials.

•Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is strongly recommended for admin accounts.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

•Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

•Upload malicious code, malware, or viruses

•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

•Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform

•Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm any person

•Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

As the primary account holder, the school (or institution) accepts full responsibility for:

Data Accuracy

•Ensuring that all student, parent, teacher, and institutional data entered into the platform is accurate and current.

•Promptly updating data when changes occur (e.g., student transfers, contact number changes).

Legal Compliance

•Obtaining all necessary consents from parents/guardians for processing student data.

•Complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

•Ensuring that use of the platform's communication features (WhatsApp, SMS) complies with applicable messaging regulations.

User Management

•Creating, managing, and deactivating user accounts for staff, parents, and students.

•Ensuring that departing staff members have their access revoked promptly.

•Educating end users (parents, teachers) about acceptable use of the platform.

Content

•Ensuring that all content uploaded or shared via the platform (announcements, documents, circulars) is lawful, accurate, and appropriate.

Subscription Plans

•MyEduOne is offered on a subscription basis, with pricing based on the number of students, features selected, and subscription duration.

•Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are specified in the order form or agreement signed with MyEduOne.

Payment

•All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

•We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and other methods specified in your invoice.

•Invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.

Late Payments

•Accounts with outstanding invoices beyond 30 days may have access suspended.

•We reserve the right to charge late payment interest at 1.5% per month on overdue amounts.

Renewal

•Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled with 30 days' written notice before the renewal date.

Refunds

•Setup fees are non-refundable.

•Annual subscription fees are non-refundable after 14 days from the start of the subscription.

•If we discontinue the platform, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused portion of prepaid subscriptions.

Price Changes

•We may adjust pricing with 60 days' notice before your next renewal date.

Your Data Belongs to You

All data entered into the platform by your institution — including student records, attendance data, fee records, and communications — remains the property of your institution.

MyEduOne acts as a data processor on your behalf and does not claim ownership of your institutional data.

Our Rights

•We may use anonymized, aggregated data for platform improvement, feature development, and benchmarking purposes.

•We will never sell or license your identifiable institutional data to third parties.

Data Export

•You may request a full export of your data in CSV or JSON format at any time during your active subscription.

•Data exports are provided within 5 business days of request.

Data After Termination

•Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days during which you may request an export.

•After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our active systems.

•Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days as part of our disaster recovery protocols.

Our Property

The MyEduOne platform, including its software, design, features, documentation, trademarks, and branding, is owned by MyEduOne Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your active subscription period solely for your school's internal operations.

Restrictions

You may not:

•Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform

•Create derivative works based on the platform

•Use MyEduOne's trademarks or branding without written permission

•Sub-license access to the platform to other schools or institutions without a separate agreement

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the platform (documents, images, announcements). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

•Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

•Warranties that the platform will meet all your requirements

•Warranties that errors will be corrected immediately

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

•MyEduOne's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

•We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

•This includes loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or third-party service failures.

Termination by You

•You may terminate your subscription by providing 30 days' written notice to info@myeduone.com.

•Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees except as specified in Section 5.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

•You breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of notice

•You fail to pay invoices within 30 days of the due date

•We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal use of the platform

•You become insolvent or subject to bankruptcy proceedings

Effect of Termination

•Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease.

•You must stop using the platform and delete any locally stored copies of our software.

•We will provide a data export upon request within the 30-day retention window.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Dispute Resolution

•We encourage resolving disputes amicably. Please contact us at info@myeduone.com before initiating formal proceedings.

•If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).

•Arbitration shall be conducted in Warangal, Telangana, India.

•The language of arbitration shall be English.

Jurisdiction

For any matters not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warangal, Telangana, India.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any signed order form or agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyEduOne.

Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
