• Legal Compliance — To comply with applicable laws and regulations in India and as required by app stores.
• Security — To detect fraud, unauthorized access, and protect user accounts.
We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We do NOT use student data for advertising purposes.
4. Data Storage & Security
Where Data is Stored
All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure hosted within India. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.2+ for data in transit.

•Admin accounts are protected by strong password policies and optional 2FA.

7. Children's Data
MyEduOne processes student data, including data of children under the age of 18, on behalf of schools and institutions. This processing is conducted under the authority and direction of the school, which acts as the data controller.
•Schools are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from parents/guardians where required.
•We do not independently collect data from children.
•Student data is used strictly for educational management purposes.
•We do not display advertising to students or use student data for profiling.
Parents or guardians seeking access to their child's data should contact their school administrator directly.
8. Google Play Store Compliance
Our mobile application is available on the Google Play Store. In accordance with Google Play's policies:
•We collect only the data necessary to provide app functionality.
•We do not share personal data with third parties for advertising.
•All data collection practices are disclosed in this Privacy Policy, which is linked within the app.
•Users can request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting info@myeduone.com.
•We comply with Google's Families Policy where applicable to student-facing features.
•Our app does not use data collected from the app for purposes unrelated to the app's core functionality.
